First Floor – Back Bedroom
Claims:
The eldest daughter had been woken by someone whispering her name in her ear - this also happened to one of her friends that stayed over.
Findings:
Investigator’s Personal Experiences:
While in the dining room MJ saw a small dark shadow moving in fast motion down the hall way and going into this room. We followed it. This room appeared to be cold but when we went into the room were not further personal experiences.
The door to this room doesn’t appear to stay closed unless shut with force. It seems that this room tends to slope down in the corner (pointing to a possible foundation issue), which would explain doors opening.
First Floor – Side Bedroom
Claims: None
Findings:
The EMF reading over under the bed where higher than the base for the room, however this seemed to be coming from the basement wiring. The fuse box for the house and the large ball of wiring were directly below the daughter’s bed. This could cause a different kind of feeling in the room, as experienced by some of the investigators.
Investigator’s Personal Experiences:
Some time after Deb, MJ and Maria entered this room, they heard the beads, which were hanging from the doorway, hitting against each other. They didn’t think that this should be happening as they had already been in the room for a while and were unable to find a cause for this. They tried to ask if there was some one else in the room and to move them again but it didn’t happen.
MJ saw a light on the ceiling, which was later debunked by Maria and Debbie while they were in the basement. There is a hole in the basement ceiling which goes up through the floor of this bedroom. When another team was in this room we were able to see their light while we were in the basement.
Ed states his back tingled like there was electricity running up and down his spine (which is a sign of both high EMF’s and possible paranormal activity.
Ed though he heard a sound from the closet. Upon investigating this noise, Cathy and Ed could not see anything that would have caused it. They noticed Avon boxes in closet, which, could contribute to the smell of the homeowner’s deceased mother’s perfume.
Basement:
Claims: None
Findings:
EMF’s – High EMF readings. Wiring is substandard running in all directions and looping around gas pipes and water pipes. Towards the rear of the basement in front of the fuse box was a knot of wires containing electrical, cable and telephone cables.
EMF reading from these wires which was directly below the youngest daughter’s bedroom was very high. Also, the basement was illuminated with fluorescent lighting on the ceiling directly under the living room which gave off extremely high EMF readings. All of the above can cause EMF to flow through the house unnaturally.
EVP
Basement: Someone whispering “I feel like I’m freezing all of a sudden” and Watch Yourself”. Unable to tell if this is an investigator, but we don’t believe that anyone was whispering at any time during the investigation in this area.
Investigator’s Personal Experiences:
Deb, MJ and Maria did experience some cold spots and there were definite temperature changes. At one time Ed was experiencing a cold sensation, but he and Cathy were in the laundry area and there was a window that was not insulated very well. Temperatures were approximately 10 degrees cooler in front of this window.
In the back storage area Cathy had a personal experience (feelings) of someone or something near her and Ed while they were trying to call out to any possible entity.
Upstairs Bedroom:
Claims: None
Findings:
EVP’s : Some one making baby sounds “Goo Goo Gaa Gaa” and also a female voice making a moaning sound
Investigator’s Personal Experiences:
Deb felt something brush the top of her head.
Deb, MJ, Maria and Josh all felt the cold sensations.
Deb heard what she thought were noises coming from the space where the rafters are.
Maria had thought that she had sensed a different smell, other than the air freshener odor, but MJ and Deb did not.
An Ouija board and other divination tools (Tarot, pendulum, and other occult items) are located in this room. Most of the investigators who put their hands over the board could feel energy coming from it.
After Josh took a number of photos in the sitting room, he returned to the master bedroom. Upon entering he noticed a white mist that caught his eye around Heather. He commented on it and Heather reported she was experiencing a feeling she usually associates with paranormal activity. She describes these feelings as a hot flash or a feeling of being sick. She took a few deep breaths and it went away immediately.
Upstairs Sitting Room:
Claims:
Smell of deceased mother’s perfume.
Findings:
There are many Avon boxes in this room which could again explain the smelling of the homeowner’s mother’s perfume.

EVP’s: male voice responding to a question from Cathy saying “No problem” and also
Male voice saying “Good-Bye” right before Cathy said “You went away awful quick” (See Below)
Investigator’s Personal Experiences:
Cathy thought that she saw the ball, which we had set up in front of the dresser, quivering.
Cathy and Ed heard what sounded like something dropped. They both looked towards the upstairs doorway with a confused look on both of their faces. This noise was not explained
Josh stated that the room felt noticeable cooler than it had during the walkthrough
While sitting on the futon Cathy and Ed had one or two EMF spikes. Cathy experienced a sensation of someone being next to her during one of these spikes. This was the time during which they captured EVP’s of a male voice.
Bathroom:
Claims:
Dog will not enter this room
Findings:
Mold - Large quantities of mold where forming around the bathtub. Heather and Josh walked outside to this side of the house and noticed several broken and water logged outside tiles.
Investigator’s Personal Experiences: None
Dining Room:
Claims:
When the youngest daughter was about 7, she use to be frightened by what she described as a ball of light or sometimes a black shadow that would chase her around. She would call her mother at work from outside on a cordless phone crying and refuse to go inside until her mother got home. Even in the dead of winter. Her mother told her to tell them to stop and eventually it did.
Findings:
Video – Orb traveled from the top left corner of the dining room, around the ceiling light and then downward and into the living room area. (See Below)
Investigator’s Personal Experiences:
One investigator stated she saw a dark shadow leave this room, go down the hallway and enter the back bedroom.
Other Claims:
Residents heard many noises coming from upstairs including foot steps, doors opening and closing and also what sounds like a bowling ball rolling on the floor.
Dog barks at nothing.
The home owner has never "seen" anything herself, but has heard the various sounds and has found many things moved and doors left open that were closed and locked.
Post Investigation Note:
There appears to be an interest in the occult within the residence and homeowner stated that she had used an Ouija board. These may be factors in some of the possible paranormal events of which the homeowner reports. It was recommended that the homeowner research the hazards of divination to ensure the safety of herself and other family members in her home.
